2023年3月17日より、在留資格認定書交付申請をオンラインで申請した場合に、在留資格認定証明書を電子メールで受け取ることが可能になりました。
また、電子メールで受け取った認定証明書を利用して、在外公館にて入国ビザを申請することができます。そのため、認定証明書を海外へ郵送することなく、入国ビザの申請ができます。

You can receive electronic COE via email when you process COE Application online.
You can apply for entry visa with this electronic COE (with the hardcopy) at the Japan Embassy or Consulate-General in your resident country.
